Privacy Policy

This page explains what Solvir Box collects, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it. Chen Xuanzhao (sole proprietor) is the data controller.

1. What we collect

  • Free calculator: nothing you type. The calculation runs in your browser.
  • Account: name, email address and a hashed password, or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
  • Pro workspace: the boxes and products you save (names, SKUs, sizes, weights).
  • Subscription: plan, status, renewal date and amount. Card details go to Waffo; we never see them.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security and debugging.

2. Why we use it

  • To keep you logged in and show you your saved boxes and products.
  • To take payments, renew or cancel subscriptions and handle refunds.
  • To answer support email.
  • To see which pages people use, through Google Analytics. Sizes, weights and product names are not sent to it.

3. Who else processes it

We don't sell personal data.

  • Waffo, our Merchant of Record, for payments, renewals and refunds.
  • Cloudflare, which serves this website.
  • Contabo, which hosts our server in Japan.
  • Google Analytics, for page visits and sign-up and subscription counts.
  • Our email provider, for account and password emails.

4. How long we keep it

  • Saved boxes and products: until you delete them or your account.
  • Account data: until you delete your account. Deleting removes your workspace at once; backups roll off within 90 days.
  • Subscription records: as long as tax law requires.

5. Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. It is shared with other solvir.net tools so one login works on all of them. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@solvir.net from your account email and we'll answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Connections use TLS, passwords are hashed, and only the operator can reach the servers. No system is perfectly safe, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.

8. Children

Solvir Box is not meant for anyone under 16.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
